Our Warranty
Nikolas Motorsport Independent BMW-PORSCHE-MINI Service strives to complete each repair to the highest possible standards. On that note, most of our standard repairs receive a two year, unlimited mileage parts and labor warranty. This matches the warranty you would receive if you had the work done at a manufacturer’s dealership. There are, of course, certain repairs which do not have the benefit of this extended warranty. Wear items, air filters, cabin filters, etc. may need to be replaced before two years and are not covered unless there is a specific defect. Aftermarket products, such as Dinan performance products will follow the specific manufacturer’s warranty. Custom work may or may not carry a specific warranty. Of course, any part that fails due to abuse, accident, or directly as a result of another unwarranted component cannot be covered. If there are any questions on a specific repair, please do not hesitate to ask.

Automotive service and repair is often considered a dirty business. And, yes it can be. However, there are many opportunities for businesses to do our part for the environment and to minimize our impact on mother earth. This is especially true at Nikolas Motorsport. We are proud to offer the following:
Recycling
Nikolas Motorsport is partnered with a premier automotive fluids recycler. All oils, coolant, and other fluids are stored for pick up and recycling. Additionally, all used filters are stored in a special container for pick up and recycling. This insures that every ounce of the various oils/fluids used in your car are properly recycled.
Energy Conservation
When Nikolas Motorsport moved to our current location in 2004, our shop area was completely renovated. This included installation of the most energy efficient light fixtures available. Saving energy allows local utilities to minimize required energy production. Just recently, due to technological advances, it was time to again revisit lighting decisions. In conjunction with a program sponsored be DTE Energy, our energy use was studied. Specialty Services
In the process of providing independent service and repair on BMW, PORSCHE, and MINI automobiles we have found it necessary to acquire the skills and equipment which allow us to repair components in house, as well as fabricate tools to complete many jobs. This has allowed us to provide a number of specialty services to our customers. These services include;
Machining – Cylinder heads, custom tools, etc.
Welding – TIG and MIG – Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Steel
Custom bushing installation
Fabrication – Items as small as custom brackets, air boxes, turbo system components or much larger items such as intercoolers, intake manifolds, fuel injection rails and custom ducting.
Custom tuning projects - If you need assistance with a particular component we can assist. Additionally, we can provide a turnkey solution for an entire upgrade project.
